SMERALD will develop training material, a course and an online toolkit for:

• Improved SMEs’ capacity to bring digital innovation forward
• Improved SMEs’ market potential
• Improved SMEs’ managers and employees’ digital data competences and awareness - Improved VET educators’ skills to facilitate digital data competences within SMEs 
• Facilitated transfer of the approach into different business and educational contexts
